Introducing TAXPAC, The Patriotic Millionaires PAC

For over forty years, the economy has been co-opted and controlled by monied interests bent on maximizing profits and personal fortunes at the expense of American workers and democratic institutions. To date, neither political party has sufficiently committed to the structural tax and wage policies required to buttress our democracy and stabilize the economy.

Patriotic Millionaires has dedicated significant resources to challenging the economic dogma that precipitated America’s current political turmoil by building new media narratives around taxes, introducing novel legislation, and organizing in key grassroots communities. However, it is becoming increasingly clear that the organization must embrace a more streamlined brand of electoral advocacy - in concert with our communications, legislative, and organizing initiatives - to directly influence the composition of Congress, thereby advancing our mission of a fundamental overhaul of the nation’s political economy.

TAXPAC will engage in key races across the country in order to prioritize our issue set and elect economic champions. TAXPAC endorsees want to lower taxes on families making less than $100,000 per year and raise taxes on individuals and corporations making more than $1,000,000 annually.

TAXPAC supports candidates and Members of Congress in the House and Senate. This includes talented and viable primary challengers as well as incumbents who align with our economic agenda.
